Data and Scripts used to generate the results published in the paper: <em>P. Semenzato, F. Cagnacci, F. Ossi, E. Eccel, M. Hewison, N. Morellet, E. Sturaro, M. Ramanzin, 2021. </em>Behavioral temperature stress compensation in a cold-adapted ungulate: forage-mediated responses to warming Alpine summers <em>Ecology letters</em> Datasets are included as .Rdata files. Scripts are in .R and are organised in annual and daily scales analyses (ref. Fig.1, main text). Scripts were written in R language under the R version 4.0.2 (2020-06-22). When .Rdata are loaded in an R Workspace and .R scripts launced, results appearing in Semenzato et al. can be fully reproduced. A Metadata file, with the description of the variables used, and their name both in Datasets/scripts and main text is also included.
