This files contains data to support the following experimental results:Results presented in this study provide evidences that heparanase 2 and astrocytes heparanase associated ADEV in response to NMDA stimulation exhibit inhibitory effect to synaptic plasticity by enhancing the bulk internalization of surface AMPA receptors and Syndecan 3 from the neuronal surface. This study is also the first time revealing the microstructure of heparanase associated exosome derived from astrocyte.
本数据集包含支撑下述实验结果的相关数据:本研究呈现的实验结果证实,在N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸(NMDA)刺激下,乙酰肝素酶2(heparanase 2)以及星形胶质细胞(astrocytes)来源的、与乙酰肝素酶相关的ADEV,可通过促进神经元表面α-氨基-3-羟基-5-甲基-4-异恶唑丙酸受体(AMPA receptors)与多配体蛋白聚糖3(Syndecan 3)的批量内吞作用,对突触可塑性产生抑制效应。本研究同时首次揭示了星形胶质细胞来源的、与乙酰肝素酶相关的外泌体(exosome)的微观结构。
