Cortical surfaces for the 3T NCBR dataset of chimpanzees

Cortical white and pial surfaces have been obtained for the 3T NCBR dataset of chimpanzees (N=73) using CIVET-Chimp. The surfaces have been resampled over a common surface template (163842 vertices per hemisphere) in native space coordinates. Demographics data (age, sex) are provided for analyses. Subjects have been anonymized.针对N=73的3T黑猩猩NCBR数据集，研究人员采用CIVET-Chimp工具提取了大脑皮层白质表面与软脑膜表面。所提取的表面已在原生空间坐标系下重采样至统一表面模板（每个半球包含163842个顶点）。数据集附带年龄、性别等人口统计学数据，可供分析使用。所有受试者均已完成匿名化处理。
