IRRI Rice SNP-Seek Database

This site provides Genotype, Phenotype, and Variety Information for rice (Oryza sativa L.). SNP genotyping data (called against five reference genomes: Nipponbare reference Os-Nipponbare-Reference-IRGSP-1.0, 93-11, IR 64, Kasalath and DJ123) came from 3,000 Rice Genomes Project . Phenotype and passport data for the 3,000 rice varieties came from the International Rice Genebank Collection Information System (IRGCIS). We are a part of an ongoing effort by the International Rice Informatics Consortium (IRIC) to centralize information access to rice research data and provide computational tools to facilitate rice improvement via discovery of new gene-trait associations and accelerated breeding.

本平台提供栽培稻（Oryza sativa L.）的基因型、表型及品种信息。单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism，SNP）分型数据以5个参考基因组——日本晴参考基因组Os-Nipponbare-Reference-IRGSP-1.0、93-11、IR 64、Kasalath及DJ123——为比对基准，数据源自3000份水稻基因组计划。3000份水稻品种的表型与种质护照数据源自国际水稻种质库收集信息系统（International Rice Genebank Collection Information System, IRGCIS）。本团队是国际水稻信息学联盟（International Rice Informatics Consortium, IRIC）正在推进的工作的组成部分，该联盟旨在整合水稻研究数据的信息获取渠道，并开发计算工具，通过发掘新的基因-性状关联、加速育种进程，助力水稻遗传改良。
