MERFISH 4T1 Cell-Culture Raw Unaligned Images

The cultured cells dataset consists of MERFISH images acquired from 4T1 cell cultures, a murine breast cancer cell line grown under controlled in vitro conditions. The dataset includes 15 fields of view (FOVs), each with 15 z-slices, acquired at a spatial resolution of 0.024 μm per pixel. Each FOV covers a 1608 × 1608 pixel region. The dataset is organized by imaging round per FOV. There are 9 imaging rounds. More information can be found in data organization csv.
