Proximal-end bias from in-vitro reconstituted nucleosomes and the result on downstream data analysis

These in vitro reconstituted nucleosome (invitrosome) reads were created as a control to evaluate the prevalence of fragment end bias in invitrosome reconstitution experiments. The ART reads are in silico derived reads to act as a non-invitrosome control.

本数据集包含的体外重建核小体（invitrosome）测序读段，系作为对照样本，用于评估体外重建核小体实验中片段末端偏好性的普遍程度。ART测序模拟读段为计算机生成的读段，用以作为非体外重建核小体对照。
