COHRA Salivary Microbiome Raw Sequence Reads

To describe the development of the salivary microbiome in early childhood, including potential associations with breastfeeding, mother's oral health and vaginal delivery, and to evaluate transmission of microbes from mother and child. Samples are collected throughout Appalachia.
