Purpose: RNA-seq analysis of gene expression in Treg cells from wild-type and Setd2-CD4 cre mice. The goals of this study are to compared the gene expression between wildtype and Setd2-CD4 cre mice Treg cells by RNA-seq analysise. Overall design: Treg cells were collected at 3 days under Treg differentiation conditions, and then subjected to RNA seq.

研究目的：本研究旨在对野生型小鼠与Setd2-CD4 cre小鼠的调节性T细胞（Treg cells）开展基因表达的RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析，比较两类小鼠Treg细胞的基因表达差异。
整体实验设计：在Treg细胞分化诱导条件下培养3天后收集细胞，随后进行RNA测序分析。
