Differentially expressed miRNAs and potential miRNA biomarkers for lung adenocarcinoma tissues compared to adjacent normal tissues were identified using DESeq2 and Wx, respectively. MicroRNA transcriptomes from fresh tumor and adjacent normal tissues of ten Korean patients who were diagnosed with lung adenocarcinoma were profiled using a next-generation sequencing (NGS) technique called miRNA-seq.

本研究分别借助DESeq2与Wx工具,鉴定出肺腺癌组织相较于癌旁正常组织的差异表达微小RNA(microRNA)以及潜在miRNA生物标志物。针对10名确诊为肺腺癌的韩国患者,本研究采集其新鲜肿瘤组织与配对癌旁正常组织,采用名为miRNA-seq的下一代测序(next-generation sequencing, NGS)技术,对样本的miRNA转录组进行了表达谱分析。
