Traditional and Hi-C metagenomics sequencing libraries from 100 pig faecal samples collected on 10 different British pig farms (10 samples from each). The study included low- and high-antimicrobial use farms (also known as organic and traditional pig farms). Hi-C sequencing libraries are pooled by using 5 samples, so the final study provides 120 sequencing libraries (150bp paired-end) including 100 traditional metagenomics libraries (one for each samples) and 20 Hi-C metagenomics libraries (2 for each farms pooling 5-5 samples).
本数据集包含采自英国10家不同养猪场的100份猪粪便样本的传统宏基因组测序文库(traditional metagenomics sequencing library)与Hi-C宏基因组测序文库(Hi-C metagenomics sequencing library),每家猪场采集10份样本。本次研究纳入低抗菌药物使用量与高抗菌药物使用量两类猪场,二者亦可分别称为有机养猪场(organic pig farms)与传统养猪场(traditional pig farms)。Hi-C宏基因组测序文库采用5份样本混合构建,最终本研究共得到120个测序文库,均为150bp双端测序文库(150bp paired-end sequencing library):其中100个为传统宏基因组测序文库,对应每份独立样本;剩余20个为Hi-C宏基因组测序文库,每个猪场构建2份,每份文库由5份样本混合而成。
