Grit, Leisure Boredom, Academic Engagement, and Psychological Richness Among Collegiate Student-Athletes: Repeated Cross-Sectional Data at Two Time Points

This dataset contains questionnaire data collected from collegiate student-athletes at a university in China at two time points: the beginning (T1, October 2025) and the end (T2, December 2025) of an academic semester. The measures include the Three-Dimensional Grit Scale (3-DGS), the Free Time Boredom Scale (FTBS), the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale–Student Version (UWES-S), and the Psychologically Rich Life Questionnaire (PRLQ). All data were collected anonymously via an online survey platform. The dataset is suitable for analytical approaches such as structural equation modeling (SEM) and fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) to examine the structural associations among grit, leisure boredom, academic engagement, and psychological richness, as well as their temporal stability across the semester.本数据集包含中国某高校大学生运动员在某一学术学期的两个时间节点采集的问卷数据：分别为学期初（T1，2025年10月）与学期末（T2，2025年12月）。本次调研采用的测评工具包括三维坚毅量表（Three-Dimensional Grit Scale，3-DGS）、空闲时间无聊感量表（Free Time Boredom Scale，FTBS）、乌得勒支工作投入量表-学生版（Utrecht Work Engagement Scale–Student Version，UWES-S）以及心理丰盈生活问卷（Psychologically Rich Life Questionnaire，PRLQ）。所有数据均通过在线调研平台匿名采集完成。本数据集适用于结构方程模型（structural equation modeling，SEM）、模糊集定性比较分析（fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis，fsQCA）等分析方法，可用于探究坚毅、闲暇无聊、学业投入与心理丰盈之间的结构关联，以及上述变量在整个学期中的时序稳定性。
