Evaluation of the effect of procedural memory using the double-H maze (DH) on striatal and hippocampal transcriptome in HD R6/1 mice RNAseq data were generated using the striatum of WT and HD mice in resting condition (home cage, HC), during memory formation (after 2 days of training in the double H maze, DH-2d) and during memory consolidation/recall (after the probe test performed after 4 days of training, DH-5d)
