To explore the mechanism of microbiota in gastric cancer

Gastric juice samples from both gastric cancer mice and healthy controls were collected for 16S rRNA sequencing to screen pathogenic bacterial candidates. Subsequent bulk RNA-seq analysis, complemented by functional validation experiments, revealed the critical role of probiotic-derived bacterial extracellular vesicles (bEVs) in driving disease pathogenesis.

本研究收集胃癌小鼠与健康对照的胃液样本，通过16S核糖体RNA（16S rRNA）测序筛选致病菌候选菌株。后续开展批量RNA测序（bulk RNA-seq）分析，并辅以功能验证实验，揭示了益生菌来源的细菌胞外囊泡（bEVs）在驱动疾病发病机制中的关键作用。
