Functional (PBR) MHC class I distances between reed warbler females and their social and extra-pair mates

Functional distances of MHC class I peptide binding regions (PBR) between each female and each male. The functional distances are based on physio-chemical binding properties of the amino acids in the PBR. Notations: Female (F), male (M), social male (sM), extra-pair male (EPP male), females with extra-pair offspring in their nests (Females with EPP), females without extra-pair offspring in their nests (Females without EPP)本数据集包含各雌性个体与各雄性个体之间的主要组织相容性复合体I类（MHC class I）肽结合区域（PBR，peptide binding region）的功能距离。该功能距离基于肽结合区域内氨基酸的理化结合特性计算得到。符号说明如下：雌性（Female, F）、雄性（Male, M）、社会配偶雄性（social male, sM）、婚外配雄性（extra-pair male, EPP male）、巢内带有婚外配子代的雌性（Females with EPP）、巢内未带有婚外配子代的雌性（Females without EPP）
