Pseudarthrobacter albocanus sp. nov., isolated from Antarctic soil

Supporting data for ‘Pseudarthrobacter albocanus sp. nov., isolated from Antarctic soil’ as published in <i>International Journal of Systematic and Evolutionary Microbiology</i>.The genome of strain NJ-Z5^T was sequenced using Illumina HiSeq systems with paired-end sequencing technology. The genome assembly was performed by SOAPdenovo (version 2.04).
