We performed the high-throughput RNA-Seq analysis to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) during the acute neuroinflammation in mPFC in mice, which may expand our understanding of biological mechanisms underlying PND.本研究通过高通量RNA测序（RNA-Seq）分析，鉴定了小鼠内侧前额叶皮层（medial prefrontal cortex, mPFC）急性神经炎症进程中的差异表达基因（differentially expressed genes, DEGs），该成果有助于拓展我们对术后神经认知障碍（Postoperative Neurocognitive Disorder, PND）潜在生物学机制的认知。
