HR analytics review Search string and coding scheme

a systematic review of the literature to synthesize the HR analytics literature and explore its current state. The aim of this review is to (1) integrate insights from the HRM and data science domain to provide clarity on the types of studies that have been done so far and on how to move the interdisciplinary HR analytics field forward, (2) explore the role of theory in the application of HR analytics and the state of theory development on the HR analytics practice, and (3) increase our understanding of the potential and limits of HR analytics by examining illustrations of HR analytics applications.

本研究为一项系统性文献综述，旨在整合人力资源分析（HR Analytics）相关文献并梳理该领域的当前发展态势。本综述的研究目标包括：（1）整合人力资源管理（Human Resource Management, HRM）与数据科学领域的研究洞见，厘清现有已开展的研究类型，并为跨学科人力资源分析领域的未来发展指明方向；（2）探讨理论在人力资源分析应用中的角色，以及人力资源分析实践领域的理论发展现状；（3）通过剖析人力资源分析的应用实例，深化对该领域应用潜力与局限性的认知。
