Transcriptome comparsion of HB-orgs/P-heporgs cultured under static (HB-S/hep-S) or dynamic (HB-D/hep-D) conditions

Differentiated HB-orgs and P-heporgs from hESCs were cultured under static and dynamic conditions, RNAseq was performed to compare the differences. HB-orgs and P-heporgs were cultured under static and dynamic conditions.

将从人类胚胎干细胞（human embryonic stem cells，hESCs）分化获得的肝芽类器官（HB-orgs）与极化肝类器官（P-heporgs）在静态及动态培养条件下培养，随后通过RNA测序（RNAseq）比较二者的表达差异。将HB-orgs与P-heporgs置于静态与动态培养条件下培养。
