Breast cancer is often treated with glucocorticoids together with chemotherapy to relieve its side effects. However, it has been reported that glucocorticoids promote metastasis of breast cancer. In this study, we conducted quantitative mass-spectrometry to acquire proteome and phosphoproteome to understand the regulatory mechanism of glucocorticoids after dexamethasone treatments.

乳腺癌患者通常会在化疗方案中联合使用糖皮质激素(glucocorticoids),以减轻化疗所致的不良反应。然而,已有研究报道糖皮质激素可促进乳腺癌的转移。本研究采用定量质谱(quantitative mass-spectrometry)技术获取蛋白质组(proteome)与磷酸化蛋白质组(phosphoproteome)数据,旨在阐明地塞米松(dexamethasone)处理后糖皮质激素的调控机制。
