Coordinates and motility parameters from boar sperm exposed to various concentrations of ketanserin

This is a dataframe file (csv) contains the individual values of motility parameters, obtained from boar sperm with aid of a CASA system. This dataset was used to identify kinematic subpopulations (Principal Component Analysis -> Hierarchical clustering). Each row in this dataframe could be linked to their corresponding dataframe of coordinates. The file of coordinates (Saul_tarj.txt) contains the coordinates to construct the image of trajectory of each sperm (rows in the Motility_Results file).

本数据集为CSV格式的数据框文件，存储了通过计算机辅助精子分析（CASA, Computer-Assisted Sperm Analysis）系统获取的公猪精子运动参数个体实测值。该数据集曾被用于通过主成分分析-层级聚类法识别精子运动亚群。该数据框中的每一行均可与对应的坐标数据集建立关联。配套的坐标文件（Saul_tarj.txt）包含了用于绘制每条精子（对应Motility_Results文件中的各行数据）运动轨迹的坐标信息。
