The CTmax of the invasive turtle<em> T. scripta elegans</em> and two native turtle species <em>P. sinensis</em> and <em>M. reevesii, </em>and the relative gene expression levels of mutiple HSPs, TERT and relative telomere length in the liver and muscle of these three turtle species during acute heat stress of 35, 37, 39 and 41<sup>o</sup>C.

本数据集收录了入侵龟类红耳龟(T. scripta elegans)与两种本土龟类中华鳖(P. sinensis)、乌龟(M. reevesii)的临界热极限(CTmax);同时包含这三种龟在35℃、37℃、39℃及41℃急性热胁迫条件下,其肝脏与肌肉组织中多种热休克蛋白(Heat Shock Proteins, HSPs)、端粒酶逆转录酶(Telomerase Reverse Transcriptase, TERT)的相对基因表达水平,以及相对端粒长度数据。
