The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an eco-friendly packaging material that enables packaging of eco-friendly products by manufacturing various packaging materials using only materials having excellent biodegradability. The method for manufacturing an eco-friendly packaging material according to the present invention is 1) 80 to 98% by weight of pulp And， mixing and dispersing 2 to 20% by weight of the biodegradable polymer; 2) preparing a raw sheet using the mixture from step 1); 3) coating a molding aid on both sides of the raw sheet; 4) preparing a packaging material by heating and pressing the raw sheet coated with the molding auxiliary crab into a mold.
