Research data related to the publication "Pressure-dependent bandgap study of MBE grown {CdO/MgO} short period SLs using diamond anvil cell" The measurement results were obtained during the implementation of a research project that received financial support from the National Science Center as part of the PRELUDIUM competition with registration number: 2021/41/N/ST5/00812 and OPUS competition with registration number: 2021/41/B/ST5/00216. The data was collected at the Institute of Physics, PAS, Warsaw. The results related to the publications are described in the odt file. The experimental technique is also described in the file.The results that are described in this file contain information about experimental technique, morphological (STEM/HAADF), elemental ( elemental mapping), optical (UV-Visible spectroscopy), and theoretical investigations of the CdO/MgO superlattice grown using the plasma-assisted molecular beam epitaxy (PA-MBE) technique.
