Atherosclerosis-associated B cell responses against the mitochondrial antigen ALDH4A1

In this study, we aimed to investigate the changes in the immunoglobulin (Ig) repertoire associated with atherosclerosis. To this end, we performed high-throughput single-cell sequencing of more than 1700 single B lineage cells from Ldlr-/- and C57BL/6 WT control mice.
