Interaction effects estimated by the model. Complete model without cell correction, ran with brms on dataset filtered at Hrel 60th percentile.
Each row contains an interaction, site_id*subject.
Site id as chromosome, "_", position, subject id as nN, no spaces between the two.
E.g. chr1_158849420n1 is the effect for the site 158849420, in chromosome 1, for subject n1. Positions according reference T2T/CMH13v2.
本数据集包含模型估算得到的交互效应。本次实验采用未进行细胞校正的完整模型，使用brms工具，在经过Hrel第60百分位过滤后的数据集上运行生成结果。
每一行对应一组交互项，由位点ID（site ID）与被试（subject）组合构成。其中，位点ID的格式为「染色体编号_位点位置」，被试ID采用nN形式，且两部分之间无空格间隔。
例如，chr1_158849420n1代表1号染色体上位置158849420处的位点对应被试n1的交互效应。所有位点位置均参照参考基因组T2T/CMH13v2进行标注。
