The percentage time spent in the light box during the PAT

The percentage time spent in the light box during the Passive avoidance test (PAT). The cerebral cortex Cg2 of the control GDF11f/f mice (Ctrl) or fGDF11cKO (KO) which received focal AAV9 virus injection with control GFP (Ctrl) or with Cre (KO), respectively, and at the age of 4M-5M.

该数据集记录了被动回避实验（Passive avoidance test, PAT）中受试小鼠在明箱内的停留时间占比。实验所用小鼠均为4月龄至5月龄，其大脑皮层Cg2区分别接受了局部腺相关病毒血清型9（Adeno-associated virus serotype 9, AAV9）注射：其中GDF11f/f对照组小鼠（Ctrl）注射的为携带对照绿色荧光蛋白（Green Fluorescent Protein, GFP）的AAV9病毒，fGDF11条件性敲除小鼠（fGDF11cKO, KO）注射的为携带Cre重组酶（Cre recombinase）的AAV9病毒。
