LIMMA analysis was used to compare 3 rat striatum samples (total RNA), which were prenatally METH exposed and 3 rat striatum SAL samples (total RNA), which were prenatally SAL exposed. There, in first list, is a list of significantly up-regulated and down-regulated genes (p 0.05 and logFC > 1) . There, in second list, is a list of up-regulated nad down-regulated genes.首次微阵列（microarray）试验结果表。本研究采用LIMMA分析方法，对3例产前甲基苯丙胺（METH）暴露的大鼠纹状体（striatum）总RNA（total RNA）样本，与3例产前生理盐水（SAL）暴露的大鼠纹状体总RNA样本进行组间比较。第一份列表收录了满足p值0.05且logFC>1的显著上调与下调基因；第二份列表则收录了上调与下调基因。
