Replication Data for: Oversight Hearings, Stakeholder Engagement, and Compliance in the Inter-American Court of Human Rights

The dataset covers 257 cases in which the Inter-American Court of Human Rights ruled against a state between 1989 and 2019. It includes 1,878 reparation measures ordered by the Court. The observations are reparation-years, between the date of the ruling and the time of compliance—or through 2019, if the measure remained under supervision at the time. This dataset contains 11,989 reparation-years.

本数据集收录了1989年至2019年间美洲国家间人权法院（Inter-American Court of Human Rights）裁定某主权国家败诉的257起案件，包含该法院作出的1878项赔偿判令措施。本数据集的观测单元为赔偿年限（reparation-years），统计区间为判决作出之日至赔偿措施履行完毕之日；若截至2019年相关赔偿措施仍处于监督状态，则统计周期截至2019年。本数据集共计包含11989个赔偿年限观测样本。
