Diagnostic and Prognostic Predictors in ICU patients

A major challenge in intervention of critical patients, especially sepsis-associated delirium (SAD) intervention, is unclear risk factors. To identify the risk factors of mortality and SAD in intensive care unit (ICU) and determine their effect on ICU patients' outcomes, the peripheral immune profiles of patients from ICU was explored.

重症患者的临床干预，尤其是脓毒症相关谵妄（sepsis-associated delirium, SAD）干预，所面临的一项重大挑战在于其危险因素尚不明确。为明确重症监护病房（intensive care unit, ICU）内患者死亡率与脓毒症相关谵妄的危险因素，并探明其对ICU患者临床预后的影响，本研究对ICU患者的外周免疫谱展开了探索分析。
