To identify differentially expressed genes by anti cancer treatments (miRNA) in human cancer, several cell lines (lung cancer and bladder cancer) were subjected to Agilent whole genome microarrays. Human cell lines (SBC and T24) were treated with miRNAs (miR-30a-5p, miR-30a-3p, miR-34b-5p, miR34b-3p, miR-34c-5p, miR-34c-3p, miR-28-5p and miR-28-3p).
为鉴定人类癌症中经微小RNA(miRNA)介导的抗癌处理后产生的差异表达基因,本研究将数种人类细胞系(肺癌细胞系与膀胱癌细胞系)采用安捷伦全基因组微阵列(Agilent whole genome microarrays)进行检测。本次实验所用的人类细胞系为SBC与T24,分别使用以下8种miRNA进行处理:miR-30a-5p、miR-30a-3p、miR-34b-5p、miR-34b-3p、miR-34c-5p、miR-34c-3p、miR-28-5p及miR-28-3p。
