拉萨地区2019年-2021年雷暴活动大气平均电场及地面气象要素观测资料,包含连续监测的每秒/每分钟大气平均电场强度及极性,每分钟降水量、风速、气温、相对湿度、大气压强等气象要素,以及设备状态参量。数据来源于2019-2021年在拉萨城区开展的强对流及闪电灾害外场观测实验。数据可应用于青藏高原强对流及闪电灾害研究。
观测和数据采集严格按照仪器操作规范进行,大气平均电场测量精度:±5%×测量值+8V/m偏移;气温、RH、风速、风向测量精度:±0.1℃、±0.8% 、±0.3m/s、±3º;降水量测量精度:±1%(≤10mm/hr),±3%(10~20mm/hr),±5%(20~30mm/hr)
大气压测量精度:±0.3hPa @20℃,±0.6hPa @0~40℃,±1.0hPa @-20~45℃,±1.5hPa @-40~60℃。
This dataset contains observation data of atmospheric mean electric field and surface meteorological elements for thunderstorm activities in Lhasa area from 2019 to 2021. Specifically, it includes continuously monitored atmospheric mean electric field intensity and polarity per second or per minute, as well as meteorological elements such as per-minute precipitation, wind speed, air temperature, relative humidity (RH), atmospheric pressure, and equipment status parameters. The data originates from field observation experiments for severe convective and lightning disasters conducted in urban Lhasa during 2019–2021, and can be utilized for research on severe convective and lightning disasters over the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
Observations and data collection were strictly performed in accordance with standard instrument operating procedures. The measurement accuracy of atmospheric mean electric field is defined as: ±5% × measured value + 8 V/m offset. The measurement accuracies of air temperature, RH, wind speed and wind direction are ±0.1℃, ±0.8%, ±0.3 m/s and ±3° respectively. For precipitation, the measurement accuracies are ±1% (≤10 mm/hr), ±3% (10–20 mm/hr) and ±5% (20–30 mm/hr). The measurement accuracy of atmospheric pressure is: ±0.3 hPa @20℃, ±0.6 hPa @0–40℃, ±1.0 hPa @-20–45℃, ±1.5 hPa @-40–60℃.
