Repository for "Dual-axial force measurements of non-tethered plants" Ohad and Meroz (2025) This repository includes example data and analysis scripts supporting the publication. 📂 Repository Contents 📌 1. Data Folder Force trajectories: Tracking .txt files located in Example_Track/ and Example_Contact/. Calibration and noise data: Additional tracking .txt files for calibration and noise analysis in 'Fluctuations/' and 'Force calibration/'. Parameters file: Excel file (example_events.xlsx) containing event parameters. 📌 2. Lens Add-on Folder .stl files for: Lens add-on structure Rod filler cylinders Cone insert 📌 3. Analysis Scripts Jupyter Notebook: article0_notebook.ipynb Imports functions from article0_funcs.py. Loads data, performs analysis, and can generate deflection, angle and force trajectory figure. Will also generate the calibration and noise figure from the data in respective folders.
