To comprehensively study molecular alterations in human aorta tissues,we characterized the cellular heterogeneity of the human aortic wall by performing scRNAseq. We obtained nondiseased ascending aortic wall tissue from 1 heart transplant recipients and 2 heart donor and aortic wall tissue from 3 abdominal aortic aneurysm patients(AAA),3 aortic dissection patients (AD),1 Marfan syndrome patients (MFS) NOTE FROM SUBMITTER: We cannot provide the raw data files due to patient privacy issue
为全面探究人类主动脉组织的分子改变,我们通过单细胞RNA测序(single-cell RNA sequencing, scRNAseq)解析了人类主动脉壁的细胞异质性。我们从1名心脏移植受者、2名心脏供体处获取了无病变的升主动脉壁组织,同时从3名腹主动脉瘤(abdominal aortic aneurysm, AAA)患者、3名主动脉夹层(aortic dissection, AD)患者、1名马凡综合征(Marfan syndrome, MFS)患者处获取主动脉壁组织。提交者备注:受患者隐私保护相关限制,我们无法提供原始数据文件。
