Risk factors of bloodstream infection, drug resistance and virulence in Acinetobacter sp.

This study tried to explore the risk factors and outcomes of patient with BSIs caused by Acinetobacter sp., track the characteristics of their molecular epidemiology in Shaanxi province, and analyse their antimicrobial resistance mechanism and virulence factors.

本研究旨在探究不动杆菌属（Acinetobacter sp.）血流感染（Bloodstream Infections, BSIs）患者的危险因素与临床转归，追踪其在陕西省的分子流行病学特征，并分析其抗菌耐药机制与毒力因子。
