This data set is derived from "Professional Exhaustion 2003", conducted by Statistics Norway on the commission of the Norwegian Medical Association.
The purpose of the survey was to elucidate how persons in professions that presumably are particularly exposed to work pressure experience the relationship between work-related challenges and strains and their own physical and psychological health. This would facilitate a better understanding of the so-called exhaustion process.
