Description: The National Brain Mapping Laboratory, in line with its educational and research mission and as a leading center in the development of Iranian Brain Mapping Biobank, is collaborating on the Annual Iranian Artificial Intelligence Award challenge in the following areas: 1) Challenge Topic Design: To foster a competitive environment in the field of artificial intelligence and promote the use of AI technologies to address pressing healthcare challenges, the National Laboratory of Brain Mapping has selected the topic of "Intelligent Classification of Normal and Abnormal Brain MRIs"; 2) Challenge Data Provision: The data required for the challenge topic and for use in the annual Iranian Artificial Intelligence Competition will be provided by the Iranian Brain Mapping Biobank. For this challenge, 50 de-identified brain structural MRI images have been provided in two categories: normal (30 samples) and abnormal (20 samples). The abnormal samples represent four disease categories: dementia, multiple sclerosis, neurovascular disease, and tumor. 描述: 国家脑图谱实验室(National Brain Mapping Laboratory)秉持其教育与研究使命,作为伊朗脑图谱生物样本库(Iranian Brain Mapping Biobank)开发的领军中心,正与伊朗年度人工智能奖挑战赛开展以下领域的合作: 1) 挑战赛主题设计:为营造人工智能领域的良性竞争环境,推动人工智能技术应用以解决亟待攻克的医疗健康难题,国家脑图谱实验室选定“正常与异常脑部磁共振成像(Magnetic Resonance Imaging, MRI)智能分类”作为本次挑战赛主题。 2) 挑战赛数据提供:本次挑战赛主题所需及伊朗年度人工智能竞赛使用的数据,将由伊朗脑图谱生物样本库提供。 本次挑战赛共提供50份去标识化的脑部结构MRI图像,分为两类:正常样本30份,异常样本20份。异常样本涵盖4类疾病:痴呆、多发性硬化、神经血管疾病及肿瘤。 所有数据均已完成匿名化处理,将以二元标签(正常vs异常)的形式提供给参赛选手。  图像特征:  采用临床扫描协议获取的脑部结构MRI  扫描设备为西门子1.5特斯拉MRI扫描仪  包含的扫描序列:T1加权自旋回波(T1_SE_TRA)、T2加权涡轮自旋回波(T2_TSE_TRA)及T2加权反转恢复暗流体序列(T2_TIRM_TRA_DARK-FLUID)  三种序列均采用轴位成像  提供二元标签(正常vs异常)  数据一致性校验分组:  研究描述:Brain MRI-C  序列描述:t1_se_tra、t2_tse_tra、t2_tirm_tra_dark-fluid  层厚:7.5  设备制造商:西门子(SIEMENS)、Avanto  软件版本:syngo MR B17  磁场强度:1.5  翻转角:150/90  层间距:8.25  采集矩阵:0256155、0384129、0256133、0256167、0256113、0256152、0256161、0384135
