Pisum sativum Raw sequence reads

Individuals of two Pisum sativum germplasms, 'PSHB012010047' (dwarf type) and 'PSZJ022010002' (semi-tall type) were used for RNA extraction and transcriptome sequencing. The sequence data are used for developing molecular markers and gene identifying different expression genes in dwarf and semi-tall type of garden pea.

本研究选取两份豌豆（Pisum sativum）种质材料，分别为矮生型种质‘PSHB012010047’与半高型种质‘PSZJ022010002’，用于开展RNA提取及转录组测序。所得测序数据将用于开发分子标记，并鉴定矮生与半高型豌豆中的差异表达基因。
