Barcelona Rental Snapshot

In this Dataset, we have extracted different data from Habitaclia website with all the current rental advertiments in Barcelona area. We have extracted different propieties:

location: Barcelona zone name
surface: Flat/house surface in m2
rooms: Number of rooms
bathrooms: Number of bathrooms
surface_price_rate: Price/surface rate (€/m2)
premium?: Does the advertiser have a Premium account?
days_from_last_update: Days from the last update
price: Price per month

本数据集从Habitaclia网站采集了巴塞罗那地区当前全部的租赁广告数据，共包含以下房产属性：
- 位置（location）：巴塞罗那区域名称
- 建筑面积（surface）：公寓或住宅的建筑面积，单位为m2
- 房间数（rooms）：居室总数量
- 卫浴间数（bathrooms）：卫浴设施总数量
- 单位面积租金率（surface_price_rate）：每平方米租金（€/m2）
- 是否为高级账号（premium?）：广告主是否拥有高级账号
- 距上次更新天数（days_from_last_update）：自上次更新以来的天数
- 月租金（price）：月度租赁总金额
