To investigate the impact of Mbnl2 and Mbnl3 in placenta development and function through the regulation of alternative poly-adenylation, we have generated 3'-seq data from placenta from single and double KO mice at different developmental stages. Overall design: We dissected foetal placenta from E13.5 and labyrinth from E18.5 and perform Lexogen Quantseq Reverse.

为探究Mbnl2与Mbnl3通过调控可变聚腺苷酸化（alternative poly-adenylation）对胎盘发育与功能的影响，我们生成了不同发育阶段单基因敲除（KO）与双基因敲除小鼠胎盘的3'端测序（3'-seq）数据。
整体实验设计：我们分别解剖获取胚胎发育第13.5天（E13.5）的胎鼠胎盘，以及胚胎发育第18.5天（E18.5）的胎盘迷路层（labyrinth）样本，并开展Lexogen Quantseq Reverse测序实验。
