Pseudomonas aeruginosa PA14 WGS raw sequence reads

To investigate the role of two putative novel operons, Pseudomonas aeruginosa PA14 mutants were generated by inserting a gentamicin resistance cassette into either the PA4065 or PA2914 gene. The resulting mutants were then compared to the parental strain to identify any potential additional mutations.
