Dataset and simulation code for "Tier-Aware Task Offloading in Hierarchical Fog Computing Using a Leader-Seeded Grey Wolf and Whale Optimiser"

Minimal dataset and Java simulation code supporting the article "Tier-Aware Task Offloading in Hierarchical Fog Computing Using a Leader-Seeded Grey Wolf and Whale Optimiser" (submitted to Future Internet). The dataset contains the fog topology configuration, simulation parameters, and the performance results of five schedulers (FCFS, RR, GWO, WOA and the proposed GWO–WOA) on an identical 100-task workload. The code (FogSimProject) implements all schedulers on CloudSim 3.0.3 with iFogSim abstractions in Java.
