Human Factor in Maritime Accidents (1993-2012)

Data for occurrences from 1993 and reported to MAIB by the end of April 2012 is attached. Data is provided for all vessel types, for accidents, injuries and near misses reported to MAIB. Accident, and other terms used in the attachment have the meanings specified in Merchant Shipping (Accident Reporting and Investigation) Regulations until the revocation of SI 2005 No. 881 in 2012.

本附件包含1993年至2012年4月末期间上报至海事事故调查局（Marine Accident Investigation Branch, MAIB）的全部事件数据。本次提供的数据覆盖所有船型，涵盖上报至MAIB的事故、人员受伤及险肇事件相关信息。本附件中所用的“事故”及其他术语，在2012年《2005年第881号法定文书》（SI 2005 No. 881）被废止前，均采用《商船（事故报告与调查）条例》（Merchant Shipping (Accident Reporting and Investigation) Regulations）所规定的定义。
