ITS sequence of native and alien Sagittaria species and their hybrids

Molecular validation of the putative hybrid seeds of Chinese native and alien <em>Sagittaria </em>species, using ITS sequence (ITS1, 5.8S rRNA, ITS2, partial and complete sequence). There are three crosses:<em>Sagittaria trifolia</em> X <em>Sagittaria platyphylla</em>, <em>Sagittaria platyphylla</em> X<em> Sagittaria trifolia</em>, and <em>Sagittaria platyphylla</em> X <em>Sagittaria pygmaea</em>.

本数据集利用内部转录间隔区（Internal Transcribed Spacer，ITS）序列（涵盖ITS1、5.8S核糖体RNA、ITS2以及部分与全长序列），对中国本土与外来的慈姑属（Sagittaria）疑似杂交种子进行分子验证。本数据集包含3组杂交组合：三裂慈姑（Sagittaria trifolia） × 宽叶慈姑（Sagittaria platyphylla）、宽叶慈姑（Sagittaria platyphylla） × 三裂慈姑（Sagittaria trifolia），以及宽叶慈姑（Sagittaria platyphylla） × 矮慈姑（Sagittaria pygmaea）。
