A NEW, SOLVENT FREE EFFICIENT SYNTHESIS OF 2-AMINOTHIAZOLE SCAFFOLDS USING PHOSPHORUS OXYCHLORIDE AS A REACTION MEDIUM

A highly efficient and facile method has been described for the synthesis of substituted 2-aminothiazoles in POCl3without any added co-organic solvent. The reaction was carried out at ambient temperature and the products were obtainedwithin short reaction time with excellent isolated yields. The developed protocol is successfully applied for the preparation ofsynthetic intermediates and scaffolds hoping strategy in synthesis of biologically active derivatives as therapeutic interest.本研究报道了一种高效简便的合成方法，可在三氯氧磷（POCl3）中无需额外添加共有机溶剂的条件下，制备取代型2-氨基噻唑类化合物。该反应可在室温下进行，反应时长较短，产物分离收率优异。本研究开发的合成方案已成功应用于合成中间体及骨架结构的制备，有望作为合成具有治疗用途的生物活性衍生物的可靠策略。
