Benchmark scRNA-seq datasets used in JojoSCL-CE

The uploaded files include processed benchmark scRNA-seq datasets used in our study. These datasets were collected from the processed data released by scDeepCluster, scHSC, and scRECL, and were used here for reproducible evaluation of clustering performance.本次上传的文件包含本研究中使用的经过预处理的基准单细胞RNA测序（scRNA-seq）数据集。这些数据集源自scDeepCluster、scHSC及scRECL发布的预处理数据，本次研究中将其用于聚类性能的可复现性评估。
