This is the raw data to support the thesis titled "Harnessing multiphasic microdroplets (MPMD) towards nucleic acid engineering". The raw data are arranged according to the content or date of experiment. The data includes fluorescence intensity recorded during droplet sorting in microfluidics, both for the selection of Broccoli aptamer and the selection of Corn aptamer. The content also contains phase diagram of RNA and poly-lysine coacervation, together with the free energy calculated based on the Overbeek-Voorn model.
本数据集为支持题为《利用多相微滴(MPMD)推进核酸工程》的论文提供了原始数据。数据按照实验内容或日期进行编排。数据内容包含在微流控中微滴分选期间记录的荧光强度,既包括用于选择西兰花适体又包括用于选择玉米适体。此外,还包含RNA与聚赖氨酸共凝聚的相图,以及基于Overbeek-Voorn模型的自由能计算结果。
