RNA-sequencing of skin and brain in Paralichthys olivaceus farmed in deep ocean water. Paralichthys olivaceus

The aims of this study is to address the impact of deep ocean water on transcriptome of Paralichthys olivaceus skin and brain. The datasets are consist of the skin and brain isolated from Paralichthys olivaceus that were farmed in normal sea water or deep ocean water. Total RNA was extracted by using QIAGEN RNeasy mini kit. Next generation sequencing was performed by using HiSeq2500 (Paired-end)

本研究旨在探究深层海水对褐牙鲆（Paralichthys olivaceus）皮肤与脑组织转录组的影响。本数据集包含从正常海水及深层海水养殖的褐牙鲆体内分离获得的皮肤与脑组织样本。总RNA提取采用QIAGEN RNeasy 微型试剂盒（QIAGEN RNeasy mini kit），随后使用HiSeq2500平台开展双端（Paired-end）下一代测序。
