Sphingobium sp. CAP-1 is capable of effectively mineralizing CAP. To screen for the CAP degradation genes of CAP-1, we used 3rd generation sequencing technology (single molecular real time sequencing, SMRT) with a PacBio II instrument (Illumina, U.S.) to sequence the whole genome of genome CAP-1. According to the genomic sequencing results, the genes of CAP downstream catabolism and floc formation was located. These genes offered theoretical guidance for the enhanced microbial treatment of CAP-containing wastewater.
鞘氨醇单胞菌属(Sphingobium)CAP-1菌株能够有效矿化CAP。为筛选CAP-1菌株的CAP降解基因,本研究采用第三代测序技术(3rd generation sequencing technology),借助单分子实时测序(single molecular real time sequencing, SMRT)方法,使用美国Illumina公司的PacBio II测序仪对CAP-1菌株的全基因组进行测序。根据基因组测序结果,本研究定位到了参与CAP下游分解代谢与絮凝形成的相关基因。上述基因为强化处理含CAP废水的微生物处理工艺提供了理论指导。
