Single nucleus RNA sequence of pig heart tissue

This dataset comprises single nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) data obtained from myocardial tissue samples of a pig model of acute myocardial infarction. The samples were treated with either mitochondria-rich extracellular vesicles (M-EVs) or PBS as a control, aiming to explore the therapeutic potential of M-EVs in myocardial repair.
