The first file, Turner.et.al.ecology.source.R, describes functions for calculating dispersion statistics, group means for stable isotope values, conducting Generalized Procrustes Analysis, and computing trajectory analysis metrics. We also include R code (Turner.et.al.ecology.example1.R, Turner.et.al.ecology.example2.R, Turner.et.al.ecology.example3.R) for conducting hypothesis tests of stable isotope metrics described in this paper for three empirical examples (data from Vander Zanden et al. 2003 and reanalyzed in Schmidt et al. 2007).
